This book is included in the exhibition of Glenn Gould's personal effects and favorite household objects. This exhibition is/ was located on the fifth floor of the National Library of Canada, in Ottawa. This exhibition contains "all of Gould's papers, boxes, boxes of letters, radio scripts,… cancelled checks, medical prescriptions.." (p. 7). All the books included in this exhibition can realistically be considered to be among Gould's favorite readings
